This barrel was originally used for Copperhead's founders batch and was filled by Craig Ferchat-Founder and President of Copperhead Distillery. Copperheads Canadian Whisky was aged in reclaimed oak wine barrels and finished in medium-charred casks. This Barrel was then passed on to Hubbert's Maple and filled with premium amber maple syrup and aged to blend the two flavours.
